At present, the main structure of the asphalt plant has been fully installed, marking the beginning of the critical trial and commissioning phase. To ensure a smooth startup, our after-sales service team is already stationed at the project site, working side by side with local personnel to advance the commissioning and pre-production efforts.

On-site, our service engineers have systematically carried out all pre-startup preparations based on the equipment's operational status. This includes critical steps such as electrical system inspections, pneumatic system debugging, belt misalignment adjustments, and calibration of the metering system. Recognizing that the local operators are still unfamiliar with the equipment, our technicians have patiently provided detailed guidance on operational procedures and safety protocols, ensuring that every local employee involved in production can proficiently master the operation essentials.

As the equipment moves into the integrated commissioning stage, the atmosphere on-site is both focused and orderly. With the activation of the mixing unit, the entire asphalt plant began operating smoothly, with all systems functioning in excellent coordination, initially demonstrating stable and efficient production capabilities. Local employees have expressed satisfaction with the equipment's performance and have spoken highly of our team's professionalism and dedication.

This after-sales commissioning process is not only a comprehensive test of the equipment's performance but also a valuable opportunity for technical exchange and trust-building between Chinese and Kyrgyzstani engineers.
