The partnership began in February 2023 when the Congolese customer purchased our 120 tonne/hour intermittent asphalt mixing plant for the first time to support local municipal road reconstruction and highway expansion projects.After more than two years of intensive continuous operation under complex conditions in Africa, the equipment maintains a very low failure rate, stable hourly production and uniform asphalt mixture quality, fully meeting the customer's large-scale road construction material supply needs.Excellent field operation results have enabled customers to fully recognize our product strength and actively undertake secondary procurement to expand local asphalt mixture production capacity.
Different from ordinary equipment sales, every overseas equipment project we undertake is equipped with full-service on-site installation and commissioning services.For this Congo project, after the equipment arrived at the site, our professional after-sales engineering team rushed to the local construction site as planned.Faced with the complex site environment, uneven foundation conditions and differences in local construction standards in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, our engineers methodically completed equipment positioning, assembly, pipeline connection, circuit commissioning, commissioning and operator training.Throughout the process, we strictly follow international construction standards and equipment operating specifications, eliminating potential installation risks one by one, ensuring that every component is installed in place and every parameter is accurately calibrated.
