Our clients from Kosovo visited our factory to check coal burner on March 31, 2016.

We had introduced our coal burners in details at first time, visited the coal burner work shop, showed automation of coal burner at site and proposed solution for customer’s problems. 

Our clients wanna equipped our coal burner with his fuel oil type steam boiler, using for his AAC block making machine. Based on the customers’ boiler technical parameters, our engineer gave a solution for our customers.

Auto-rotation: Combustion chamber with motor driven rotary in operation, effectively prevent slagging, etc in the combustion, more convenient for maintenance.

Move back cover by electric motor gear: The coal burner driven by motor to realize back and forth motion on the pulley, which replace?the?manual operation.

Automatic ignition: High energy ignition ensure the ignition success rate.

Automatic forward or backward firing gun: After successful ignition, it automatically out of the gun by electric putter, which avoid high temperature in the combustion chamber damage the ignition device.

Automatic Temperature Control: According to the drying drum discharging temperature, real-time adjustment for coal supply.

Mechanical coal supply system: economize on manpower and reduce the dust spillover.

Motorized operated damper: Remote control?by damper. According to the different combustion states, real-time adjustment for coal and air, it makes the combustion more sufficient and more energy efficient.
