This is our stationary batch mix asphalt plant located in the Philippines (model: SAP80 , capacity : 80ton per hour), which purchased from our SINOSUN company in the May, 2023.
The asphalt mixing plant was installed independently by the customer last year. Now, our engineers had arrived the customer's site for training and guiding them to operate the asphalt plant. We provide the full set of after-sales service , training and technical assistance to deal with problems encountered by the customer.
Training and guiding customers on how to operate the batch mix type asphalt plant is crucial for ensuring the equipment efficient and effective use.
This time, the main tasks of our engineers is troubleshooting , operation and maintenance training. We training the operators on the routine maintenance tasks required to keep the asphalt plant running smoothly , and ensure that the customer's operators are well-equipped to operate the asphalt batching plant safely and efficiently, ultimately leading to successful production of high-quality asphalt mixes.
We will also provide the follow-up support offering ongoing support and assistance to the customer to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the operation of the asphalt plant.
