This customer has been used our asphalt batching mixing plant.

Due to the price of oil continue decline, to save the total cost. The user want to add an oil burner for the asphalt mixing plant.

 

The original configuration of the burning system is coal burner. The drum dryer is designed for coal burner. 

After we arrived at the worksite, We see the space between the coal burner and the drum dryer. We decided to make another frame beside the coal burner, the oil burner will mounted on this new frame with pulley. Once the clients want to use the oil burner, what they need to do is backward the coal burner, then push the oil burner to the correct position.

To make the full use of the oil, we also make a frame which will fixed on the drum dryer. It is movable. It is used to connected the oil burner and the drum dryer. So that all the oil will go inside of the drum dryer.

Finally, we improved this asphalt plant successfully by equipped not only a coal burner, but also an oil burner.
