Control Room
This Control Room dimension: 4500mmx2300mmx2500mm.
The frequency control for the aggregate feeding is SEMIENS Brand.
The Touch Screen, Switch, Button, Relay, A.C contactor are all SEMIENS brand, it equipped with Haier air conditioner.
All the weighing system are using METTLER TOLEDO.
Drying Drum
HG1500 drying drum adopts friction type for driving, driving structure include: motor straight type reducer ---high strength chain section—friction thrust wheel—drying drum rolling ring.
Drying drum chassis is making up of structural steel, using screw for fastening the chassis, cause the inclined angle of drying drum.
Drying drum is equipped 4 groups of roller bearing of fiction chassis wheel, driving by 4 units of motors for chain boss structure and friction chassis wheel.
There are 2 groups of balance wheel in the discharge of drying drum ,for limiting the axial displacement in drum, make sure the formal working.
