Main Structures of the Asphalt Mixing Plant

1.Cold aggregate supply system Components: storage bins and belt feeder , aggregate belt conveyer. Features: The feeding belts are driven by variable frequency electric motors, which feature reliable performance. The cold aggregate feed bin features modular design for easy transportation. We have 3,4,5 storage bins for your choice. |

3.Drying drum The drum lined with a 50mm thick insulation (rock wool).Aggregate lifting flights that assist the heat exchange between aggregates and flame are installed inside the dryer drum, which enables the drum dryer to reach maximum heating efficiency.Four friction rollers for smooth drive and evenly distributed forces. |

4.Burning system For the burner , we have fuel burner (light oil, for both light and heavy oil), coal burner or for both fuel and gas use burner, pipelines,oil tank |

8.Filler supply system Components: Filler elevator, Filler temporary storage bin, spiral conveyor. The outlet of the screw conveyor is installed with a butterfly valve to control the wallop. The filler interim silo is equipped with a pneumatic arching break unit. |

12.Side Placed Hot Mix Asphalt Silo 1.The silo is divided into three sections: upper, middle and lower, and two compartments: left and right, for easy transportation and erection. 2.Silo is insulated. 3.Anti-segregation device is configured inside the silo. 4.The bottom of silo and the discharge floodgate are electrically heated. |
