Main Structures of the Asphalt Mixing Plant

HLB01 1.Cold aggregate supply system
Components:
storage bins and belt feeder , aggregate belt conveyer.
Features:
The feeding belts are driven by variable frequency electric motors, which feature reliable performance.
The cold aggregate feed bin features modular design for easy transportation.
We have 3,4,5 storage bins for your choice.

2. Tilted Charging Conveyor Belt Assembly
Components :
tilted charging conveyor belt, middle filter sieve
Feature:
gravity middle filter sieve, little dust overfall, prevent larger waste fall into drying drum, be good for reducing heat lost, prevent jamming hot aggregate elevator or vibrator.

HLB03 3.Drying drum
The drum lined with a 50mm thick insulation (rock wool).Aggregate lifting flights that assist the heat exchange between aggregates and flame are installed inside the dryer drum, which enables the drum dryer to reach maximum heating efficiency.Four friction rollers for smooth drive and evenly distributed forces.
burner 4.Burning system
For the burner , we have fuel burner (light oil, for both light and heavy oil), coal burner or for both fuel and gas use burner, pipelines,oil tank
hot-aggregate-elevator 5.Hot aggregate elevator
Elevated by Single row of chain,special structure for outlet will reduce the abrasion and noises.

Features:

filler-supply-system 8.Filler supply system
Components:
Filler elevator, Filler temporary storage bin, spiral conveyor.
The outlet of the screw conveyor is installed with a butterfly valve to control the wallop. The filler interim silo is equipped with a pneumatic arching break unit.
kongyaji 9. Pneumatic control system
Components:
air compressor, cylinders, valves and air pipe manifold.
Reliable FESTO air cylinders and electromagnetic valves are used.
HLB10 10.Bitumen supply system
Components:
bitumen discharge vessel,bitumen tank, heat conducting oil boiler, light oil burner, pipe manifolds, pumps and valves.
Features:
1.Reasonable bitumen pipe arrangement with insulation to reduce heat loss
2. Heat conducting oil boiler with automatic control system for independent operation and control. 3.Bitumen tanks with level and temperature indicators
control-panel 11. Electric control system
1) control room:Container pattern structure.
2).Box type control cabinet, main electric parts are SIMENS , Schneider, ABB etc. global famous brand.Functions of interlock and secondary protection.Start of large power electric motors at reasonably low voltage. The operation board configured with manual controlled urgent operation device, digital displays of aggregate scales, filler scales and bitumen scale, digital converters of cold aggregates, temperature displays of key positions and electric current displays of critical components

12. Bottom Placed Hot Mix Asphalt Silo
1.The hot mix asphalt silo is insulated with rock wool, which effectively reduces heat loss and extends the storage duration of hot mix asphalt.
2.The hot mix asphalt silo placed beneath the platform of mixing tower can considerably reduce the plant floor space.
